The use of bag duct has specific requirements for the refrigeration unit, and the bag duct air supply can adapt to any new or existing refrigeration unit.
When the bag air duct is used in the transformation of the original refrigeration unit, some modifications should be made to the existing unit, which is helpful to match the unit and the air duct.
Beware of the redesign of the structure or the new system, the refrigeration unit needs to be described in detail in order to arrange and install the bag duct air supply system, and the refrigeration unit should make the following detailed instructions:
1. The refrigeration unit must provide 93-125pa external static pressure to maintain the normal expansion and operation of the air duct. The characteristics of the air duct change with the change of external static pressure.
2. infiltrating air supply and flexible system design.
3. With a suitable amount of air penetration, when the inlet flow rate of the bag duct exceeds a certain amount, it may cause vibration to affect the characteristics of the duct.
When designing the air duct, the installation location of the refrigeration unit should be taken into account. The location of the refrigeration unit should be determined according to at least two air ducts in the case of maximum air permeability, installed in a place where the air duct can be reached straight. Avoid installation or suspension problems caused by beams, columns or other obstacles, the simpler the system design, the better. When there are bends or branches in the system, it will increase the installation, maintenance and cost, and weaken the air flow capacity and characteristics.
In order to achieve the same air volume from each air duct from the refrigeration unit, a static pressure box needs to be installed at the air outlet of the refrigeration unit, and the static pressure box is equipped with a diffuser plate.
When the size and quantity of the bag duct are determined, the static pressure box can be designed, which can be made of metal or fiber pipe.
